Shipping Policy — Corset Society
1. Processing Times
Order Processing & Delivery Times: All orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday through Friday) are packed and dispatched the very same day via Royal Mail Tracked delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, over weekends, or on UK Bank Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working business day. Once dispatched, Standard Shipping (Tracked 48) typically arrives within 2 to 3 working days, while Express Shipping (Tracked 24) aims for next working day delivery. Full tracking details will be sent to your email or mobile as soon as your parcel leaves our hands. Please note that while we guarantee same-day dispatch before our cutoff, actual delivery transit times are ultimately handled by Royal Mail and are unfortunately out of our hands once the parcel has been collected.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over £100 (or equivalent in your selected currency).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
Corset Society is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at support@corsetsociety.co.uk. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
