Refund policy

We want you to love your Corset Society purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Condition:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Custom Orders:

Custom-made or altered corsets are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.

How to Return Email our customer care team at support@corsetsociety.co.uk with your order number,name and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

 Return Shipping Costs:

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Corset Society will only cover return shipping costs if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Refunds & Exchanges Processing Time:

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

 Exchanges:

Subject to stock availability. Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or "not as described" item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will provide a prepaid shipping label and arrange a replacement or full refund.
