​Order Processing & Delivery Times: All orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday through Friday) are packed and dispatched the very same day via Royal Mail Tracked delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, over weekends, or on UK Bank Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working business day. Once dispatched, Standard Shipping (Tracked 48) typically arrives within 2 to 3 working days, while Express Shipping (Tracked 24) aims for next working day delivery. Full tracking details will be sent to your email as soon as your parcel leaves our hands. Please note that while we guarantee same-day dispatch before our cutoff, final delivery transit times are managed entirely by Royal Mail and are subject to carrier delays beyond our control.
